If you decide to move forward, we will schedule an in-person or telehealth visit, approximately one hour long, to review your medical history, family history, medications, goals, recent labs, and formulate a plan specifically for you. The cost of this initial consultation is $129. After the initial consultation, there is a $49 monthly membership, described below, which covers follow up care, medication refills, etc. Medication cost is separate.

Coastal Care LLC does not accept insurance. Our program is designed similarly to other wellness services that are paid out-of-pocket, allowing for more time, access, and personalized care.
